Job description:List of works - Removal of stud wall between kitchen and bedroom - Removal of stud wall of bathroom - New masonry wall with doorway between living room and kitchen - New masonry wall with doorway for bathroom - Installation of kitchen in the current bedroom 3 - Rebuilding of two doorways that have been raised in height (these have to be lowered to original height) - New architraves on five doorways - Installation of approx 70m of skirting board throughout whole apartment. - two new timber doors The apartment is in a grade two listed building and has to be returned approximately to its original condition after a crude renovation job in recent years. Floor plans will be available shortly.
