Job description:hi, general internal demolishion of internal stud non structural walls. removal of staircase and re-siting of floor. removal of additional staircase - cellar to ground to first floor new stair case installed - timber. large plastering area + white wash - seal paint coat, internal drainage/ soil pipe amendments and add-to. new toilet / washroom installation - cellar - damp area to be sorted. some structural re-inforcing. We are fitting out a retail outlet in Tunbridge Wells. ideally we are looking for competant builders who we can then recomend to our clients who ALWAYS require an amount of building work to be done prior to our own retail service. Start date will be April 2012 with site visits and quotations firmed up prior to that date.
