Job description:To line 2 off chimneys of 1 1/2 storey house and fit lining to rayburn stove. Rayburn is to replace older model and is partially in situ. Previous stove vented to rear through bricked-up large fireplace - this model does the same. The fireplace has been broken open for inspection and will need to be bricked up after lining and Rayburn fiting. 2nd fireplace is for a cast iron open fireplace which has partially come adrift from surround and needs re-secured post lining and would thereafter be used as an open fire.
