Repairs to bathroom & kitchen due to loft leak in Wallasey

Job description:This is work covered by the insurance following a leak from the tank in the loft. There are 2 rooms affected & a small amount of work in the loft. Loft: The lagging around the tank needs replacing. Bathroom, Approx 8ft x 6.5ft: The ceiling needs replastering & repainting. The airing cupboard needs pulling put & replacing due to water damage. The shower needs checking & probably replacing as no longer working. The walls need re-tiling (1 wall is covered by insurance, we would pay for the rest). The flooring (lino tiles stuck on hardboard) needs pulling up & the floorboards need treating. New flooring needs to be laid. The whole room needs repainting. Kitchen, approx 10ft x 6.5ft: The T&G ceiling requires removing & any susequent damage underneath repairing (we do not know if there is a false ceiling underneath). The T&G needs replacing preferably with artex. The kitchen needs redecorating.
