Job description:This is a mid terrace house in West Watford. It is in a generally good condition but needs updating. Kitchen Remove wall between kitchen and dining room, replace with RSJ. Open up fireplace/chimney breast to accommodate a cooker, plus create suitable ventilation to the outside. Remove existing boiler from fireplace and replace with new combi-boiler in kitchen corner, plus update plumbing/gas to reflect new kitchen layout. Install new kitchen. Bathroom (above kitchen) Remove existing hot water tank from airing cupboard. Remove chimney breast and support any structure above it. Update plumbing to reflect new bathroom layout ? likely to involve moving toilet, sink, bath and creating new shower cubicle. Create false walls to accommodate recessed shower cubicle. Install new bathroom. Entire house (2 reception, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom) Rewire house to modern standards. Move existing fuse box from front room to understairs cupboard. Provide a suitable number of electrical outlets in all rooms. Provide tv/internet connection in all rooms.
