Job description:I have a range of repair/damage fixing works I'd like done to my house, including: patching and sealing all the old windows, laying a new patio and waterproofing substrate, patching cracks where water is causing damp, sealing the vaults and tearing out, water sealing and installing a new kitchen (probably designed and purchased from Ikea). Happy to supply some materials, will make trip to Wickes if that saves some money. Happy also to take advice on additional works that need doing.

Budget:£4,000 - £8,000
