Need a quote for jobs on our new house that came up on the homebuyers report in Wigston St Wolstan's

Job description:We need to get the following jobs looked at / quoted as they have been identified on the homebuyers report for a property we are currently in the process of buying: 1. New pitched / flat roof to replace the existing flat garage roof. 2. Check crack above back door to see if it needs a lintel / re-pointing. 3. Replace 2 x external waste / water pipes on the walls. 4. Bricking up an external doorway. 5. Fitting roof vents. 6. Reducing ouside ground level to 150mm below the damp proof course. We would like to get someone out to check the crack above the back door and generally get an idea of the jobs that need doing, then we would need a full written quotation with the different jobs itemised so that we can send it to our solicitors. We are hoping to move in at the end of next month, so we would be looking to get some or all of the work done around then if possible, but some of it may keep for a while if needs be.
