Requires a supporting wall to be knocked through. Wooden sash window to fit. Central heating and domestic water pipes to be re-routed. Gas supply pipes to re-route accordingly. Boiler to be re-located. Mains water supply coming into the house to be re-routed. (currently coming into the house via the out houses. Re-wire of the kitchen. Extractor fan to fit. Walls to hard wall and plaster. Kitchen to fit. Associated plumbing to fit for white goods. Tile flooring to fit. Drainage to re-route as the side ways extension will go over current drain.
