Job description:Removal of internal wall between kitchen and dining room to make open living space (length of wall to be removed 2.9m max). Coordinate with building regulations to provide necessary permissions / approvals. Remove and dispose of doorway and door between hallway and kitchen and in-fill (access to kitchen will be provided through dining room) Remove and dispose of doorway between kitchen and remove and dispose of side porch and in-fill (external wall). Remove wooden porch and render external wall. Replace ceiling in kitchen (2.4m x 2.9m approx.) and 4 halogen spot lights. Reposition radiator in kitchen from removed wall to adjacent wall. Remove kitchen cupboards, including gas hob and electric oven and make good gas pipework (no replacement gas hob will be fitted). These items are currently on wall between the dining room and the kitchen which is to be removed. Between living room and dining room provide french doors in existing opening (approx. 2m long) creating new door frame and infill with partition wall to suit new door frame
