Job description:Requesting quotes for 3 work packages, as follows: 1. First floor, dormer window conversion over garage to form en suite to master bedroom, approx dimensions 1.5m x 1.5m) 2. Ground floor, single storey rear extension to kitchen (approx dimensions 3.5m x 2.5m) 3. Rear patio (approx dimensions 12m x 5m) Full architectural and structural drawings available, and planning permission obtained. Drawings are currently with LABC for approval. A scoping document will also be provided to anyone that quotes. Ideally, the work should start from Jan/Feb 2012, or as soon as LABC approval has been obtained. Current and recent local references must be available.
