Job description: Remove and dispose of walls either side of staircase using acro props as necessary Provide an off road skip Excavate for foundations and cast foundations. Build a 750 x 750 concrete base at the same level as existing footing as per engineers notes (available) Make good flooring and replace any floor boards as necessary Construct a brick pier to be bonded on to party wall 225 x 225 with a 225sq by 75dp padstone to rest steel work on and a 400L x 100W x 150dp padstone the other end Supply and install timber noggings in new steelwork for plasterboarding Trim ceiling/floor joists to suit new steels Supply and install new skirting to match existing where walls have been removed Supply and install steel work as per engineers calculations (available) Make good walls and ceiling where walls have been removed Plaster board and wet plaster skim around steels as per fire regulations Make good as necessary and wet plaster skim ceilings in lounge and dining room Plus install external porch to the front door with new front door.
