Job description:privately owned 3 bed semi 2 rooms involved. remove external wall between kitchen and utility. Utility on same level as garage. erect supporting pillar, raise pitched roof and ceiling, raise concrete floor, recitify problem with damp cousre caused by previous owners poor workmanship. possibly need to raise window level.
