Job description:Distress fracture approx 1 mtr along joints of brickwork. Location - bottom corner of upstairs window, access from top of flat conservatory. Work specified by surveyor. Chase out external fracturing to full depth and re-bond brickwork in 4:1 sand/cement mortar and repoint. Internal fracture should be treated similarly and dry lined plasterwork replaced locally.
