Job description:We need plans drawing up on a two storey extension on the side of the house and work to be done on the existing property. We currently have a car port and side door, we would like the side door moving to the front of the house, stairs moving and other work. Two storey extension to include garage to the front and larger kitchen to back of house, upstairs, new bathroom and bedroom. We currently do not have planning permission,but don' think it will be a problem, as several houses on the estate have already had extensions.
