Job description:1) Lounge - has a chimney in centre of room, I'd like to have it removed and an RSJ added to support the beems above. 2) Kitchen has an external (brick and breeze block) wall running through middle, would like to remove the wall and add an RSJ to support the structure of house. Please only respond to this advert if you are insured for structural work like this and if you have good experience (I will be asking for refernces). I am also looking to convert a double garage into a lounge, so there will be additional work off the back of this job.
