Job description: Reconstruct flat roof over single storey kitchen extension projecting from front of house. 3.5m x 1.1m area. The existing is new but is of unsatisfactory built. Details: Reduce height of side parapet walls. Take down fascia and rainwater goods on front. Re-construct flat roof, with lead flashing to main front wall of house, new fascia and bargeboards to front and sides, rainwater to fall to side and then downpipe to existing drain.
