Stud wall / Doors removal. Floor levelling. Quote for Garden Room Extension to rear of house. in Yarm

Job description:1. Remove stud wall & doorway between Ground Floor Living Room Area / Dining Room and make good. 2. Inspect & repair (where req'd), floorboards in same rooms (Chipboard floor panels) check for soundness and level floor to enable solid wood floor fitting (at later date) 3. Remove kitchen doorway (replace with wall) and make good (Door is between kitchen and hallway). We would like this work (items 1 to 3) carried out as close as is possible to the beginning of May 08. 4. Quote for building a low-pitched tiled roof garden room with access from kitchen which will entail knocking out a kitchen wall - this is an existing 1.5 meter windowed wall - to facilitate access. (There is currently an existing PVCU glass-roofed conservatory which would possibly be modified to "blend" into this garden room (Advice?). Note that we're more flexible about the start date for this part of the project.
