Need some basic staircase repaired/replaced in a semi & we have tenant with a baby insitu in Heath

Job description:we have a 1930's semi that we rent out.My dad is terminally ill so I cannot get up to Coventry to check things out but I believe a couple of lower steps have given way. We need a safe and proper job done for the best price. If the whole staircase has gone then it will need removing.although funds are short its false economy to repair just one or two steps when the rest may go soon. the stair are between the frontroom wall and the outside wall with access through a cupboard in the kitchen, the cupboard is like a little room.I do not know how this site works but if you visit the property its the tenant you'll see and not me.We live in a mobile home in Northampton so we are not some big property renters with money. I do not know much about stairs but they are the original and when we lived their before dad was ill they did feel spongy So how much would a staircase cost?
