Job description:EXTERNAL DOOR: Remove existing metal door and frame and remove timber frame. Fit with timber door (we have already seen one from Wickes - Chancery Glazed Exterior Door . Hardwood timber door frame also to be sourced from Wickes if required. Door to have weather board, 3 hinges, letter plate, mortice and Yale locks and handle or knob. Adjacent to existing door is a metal framed fixed window to be replaced with timber. INTERNAL DOOR: To install new timber frame, arch and doors
