Job description:Laminate flooring to be laid throughout groundfloor of newbuild property- kitchen/lounge/vestibule/wc. Ideally wanting current skirting boards removed and replaced to avoid need for scotia/trims. Kitchen unit plynths will also need to be adjusted. Approx area 33 sqr mtrs (without taking off kitchen units/ stairs etc). No floor coverings at present in lounge- Self-levelling compound floor type. Lino in kitchen to be removed.
