Staircase & refurb in Whitehill

Job description:In process of buying small one-bed house in Whitehill, Bordon. Spiral metal staircase to be replaced with wooden one (?winder - not sure on size/ headroom regs). cupboard storage to be built under stairs & new kitchen units to run under part of stairs also. Small plasterboard wall to be removed to accommodate extended kitchen space under stairs. Laminate or wood flooring throughout, skirting boards replaced with new. Front door and outside cupboard door to be replaced also. Quotes for work can only booked during daytime as there is tenant in house at present. Looking to start works end of Jan/beginning of Feb. I work during daytime so email would be better then I can call you back asap.
