Cow boy attempted to fit an external gate and fence. Needs reworking in Brighouse

Job description:7 foot wooden external gate has been fitted between the house and the free standing garage - the material is like plywood and unattractive and I would like a professional opinion on what can be done. Also fencing has been erected though one of the fences has not been secured correctly to the floor (ie not cemented). This could easily fall over. Again I would like a professional opinion/work on making good the shabby work.
