Job description:Kitchen wooden floor visibly damaged by damp - is warped and rotten. Bathroon floor also effected by damp - is a "plastic" tiled floor which needs lifting and replacing. damp survey being carried out in mid feb to assess if damp is on going issue if not then we will proceed. wall in bathroom is also effected by damp - will be re painting but think there is a more serious underlying issue here so may need that looked at before we proceed. may re consider budget
