Job description:Quote in hand already. Sash window needs complete overhaul - remove timber& old putty, fill, fix mechanism, internal & external decor. Will need access as 1st floor. External door unnprimed, and frame delapidated. Frame needs replacement, weatherproofing, sill, then decor to both frame and old door. Door itself needs priming and decor.
