Job description:1) Fit mortice locks to 2 x bathroom doors Two bathroom doors which currently only have a single standard mortice (without lock). Cavity will have to be extended to fit mortice on each. Holes already drilled for thumb-turn mechanism. We will be supplying the fittings - you just need to fit them. Photo available on request. 2) Reduce height of staircase balustrades Two staircase balustrades are roughly 10cm too high. You will be required to reduce them and recreate the simple bevel at the top of them. Please note that one of the balustrades is free standing, whilst the other is butted up against a wall and is therefore a little trickier to work with. Photo available on request.
