Convert existing banister to spindles in Backwell

Job description:We have an existing staircase banister which has wooden panels on the side. We would like the wooden panels removed and a new banister and spindles put in place.The wooden panels rin from the floor to the height of the banister all the way up the stairs. Some of the paneling forms part of the understair cupboards and if possible we would like some this replaced with new panels (we will choose the type of wood).
