Job description:1. I have 2 internal wooden doors, both modern, which don't close properly. I think the handle, escutcheon plates and/or fitting need to be repositioned, possibly using wood filler. 2. A length of skirting board c. 4" high has come unstuck from the wall, and it's not clear how to get it to fit back into the space between the wall and the floor - possibly some sawing and perhaps some filler required to get it to stay in place.
