Sanding floor and boxing in boiler in Splott

Job description:My boiler is currently in a deep alcove in a room. I would like to have doors put on this alcove to make it into a cupboard/wardrobe and hav the boiler hidden at the back. I also would like a quote on sanding a floor rougly 4 metres by 3 metres
