Job description:My house is a chalet. It has a long flat roof on the 1st floor. The space under the windows below the flat roof is inaccessible. I need to gain access to be able to install insulation and also inspect the state of the roof if needed.e.g have a hatch installed in a bedroom.The hatch would need to be lockable. I don't really know if I need a carpenter or a roofer. At this point I just need to know some idea of cost
