Job description:First floor window is dropping when open. Conservatory window (also wood frame, hinges at top) also dropping / not closing properly. Investigate causes and remedy, finishing with stain to match existing finish, should external facing parts need to be replaced. Also, plinth below french doors is rotten. Needs to be replaced and finished to match existing finish.
