Job description:LOWER HINGE SWING PIN HAS WORN ITS HOLE AND DISCONNECTED CAUSING THE DOOR TO FALL WHEN OPENED. THIS HAS TRANSFERRED THE LOAD TO THE UPPER HINGE WHICH IS IN DANGER OF BREAKING IN THE SAME WAY. NEW HINGES WILL PROBABLY SUFFICE.
