Staircase in 1935 semi-detached home to be installed. in Castle

Job description:Need to install a completely new wooden staircase, with a stained varnished finish. Oak preferred. Also rubber strips on the top of the edges to stop slipping. The fixing is between two walls (one of which is external) above a utility storage place. Current step's measurements are: width (internal) is 820mm, height 203-213mm, depth 216mm. Distance between the walls 910-915mm. Currently has 11 steps plus a square platform at the top. Would also like to discuss replacing the floor boards adjoining the stairs with matching wood. Downstairs flooring area 1600x910mm. Upstairs flooring area 3800x1000mm.
