Job description:3 storey house in a conservation area, front windows must retain same look (painted outside, varnished/oiled inside). Front of house has 3 windows in a bay, and 4 windows in bedrooms / bathrooms. Front gets the weather so many have rotten sills and some rot to the side wood. Rear of house has 4 windows in bedrooms and staircase area, appearance can change as conservation restrictions only apply to the front. Would like double glazed sash at rear. Kitchen has a modern sash double glazed we want replaced with a standard window. French doors have been poorly fitted and need sanding down, painting and re-hung. All work to be done in oak if possible.
