Job description:We're in a very old house, stone built, thick walls and no damp proofing. The floor affected is between the first and second storey. I lifted the lino to see mould growth, fungal strands, horrible smell and crumbling boards. I 'm hoping it's quite isolated - the toilet sort of sticks out at the back of the house.
