Repair staircase and other things in Polsloe

Job description:1. Strip stairs (rail, spindles etc) of paint, repair damage, reassemble ready to be painted. 2. Make good the space under the stairs (plasterboard the walls, replace small false ceiling under stairs, create removable panel to cover small void). 3. Construct a cupboard to fit over the consumer unit/electricity meter under the stairs, with trunking running up the wall to cover the wiring. 4. Replace 3 internal doors (supplied), including fitting handles (also supplied). 2 of the doors are currently hung on the wrong side so need to be switched. 5. Fit rack bolts (supplied) to the 2 French doors in the dining room (i.e. 4 bolts in total). 6. Plasterboard in the disused fireplace in the living room to create an alcove. It's a 1920s terrace.
