Cut Plinths and re-fix loft trap door. in Westheath

Job description:we've had our kitchen re-fitted and re-tiled. The skirtings were removed for the tiling. We have left over plinths which we want to use instead of new skirting. There will be about 16 sections with about 7 straight cuts and 25 mitre cuts involved.Fix to wall or recommend method. Also to cut 3 lengths of plinth / cornice to size. Additionally we have a loft trap door which needs re-attaching and made to open / close properly. loft has a pull-down ladder and we have another plus steps.
