Job description:We have 2 ground floor and 2 first floor windows which have sections of rotten wood along lower sills. The windows are over 20 years old but are otherwise sound. We need someone to remove the rotten wood sections from the existing windows and replace with new wood and seal ready for redecoration (which we will do). We had something similar done to a window a few years back and the results were excellent. We appreciate that this can be a tedious job for a skilled person so are prepared to pay a fair rate or the job.
