Job description:The removal of my old bath has revealed that 2 floorboards that run from my bathroom, under the corner where 2 stud partition walls meet, and into my bedroom, have been partially rotted by water. The area affected is at least 30 x 30 cm and the damage can be seen both in the corner of my bathroom and from the other side of the walls, in my bedroom. I would like to have the affected area repaired or replaced, whichever is required. I believe the floorboards are chipboard. The one that runs the length of the longest wall between my bedroom and bathroom is 2 x 8 feet and the one that runs under part of the other wall between the two rooms appears to be 2 x 4 feet. I would like the quote to include labour and materials and realise that the area will probably have to be inspected in person before an accurate estimate can be given. Ideal start date: ASAP after I receive advice and a quote I am happy with
