Job description:Lay 45 sqm of laminate flooring (already purhcased) in a new build property. Skirting boards will be loosely tacked so can be removed prior to laying flooring so no beading required. Skirtings to be refitted on top of flooring once complete. Rooms are all on ground floor level and comprise (bedroom, entrance hall, hallway, bathroom and utility room)
