Job description:One stair has sunk and dips when you stand on it and needs repairing. Also we would like some boxing done on the toilet outlet pipe in the bathroom, and possibly depending on price to put some lattice/decorative effect mdf doors onto the front of boxed shelfing (would need photos or visit to explain fully)
