Job description:Fix temporary support to existng roof timbers. Remove approx 2 metres existing rotten wall plate beam. Replace with new wall plate beam. Repair roof timber connection to new wall plate. Remove temporary support. Timbers are approx 100 years old and rot/wasps have caused the damage. Access to fix temporary 'acro props' is available. Job would take approx 2 days and would include providing new wall plate beam and repair bases of about 5 roof trusses.
