Job description:Hi I am looking to get my loft boarded for storage purposes only. The Area is roughly 60sqm, and will require two hatches and Timber Ladders of good quality. I have two existing hatches , perhaps we can utilise one and will have to cut one in one of the rooms. On the joists I am looking to use timber bettens as their is insulation and wiring running over the joists. This is a brand new house Looking for reasonable Quotes . In your quotes if you can provide a breakdown of your costs would be greats as follows Floor Boards :- Timber bettens Ladder and Hatch :- 2 x miscelaneous Labour charges I dont see this being a more then two day job, realistically and would appreciate if you can provide reasonable quotes.
