Job description:15 year old house now has creaking boards on landing and bathroom area, to a lesser degree in bedrooms. May just need screwing to joists. vinyl tiles in bathroom easy to lift and carpet onlanding could be rolled back quite easily. intending to sell house so need to establish cost now.
