Job description:THE FLOORING IN MY PROPERTY IS BROAD CHIPBOARD PANELS WHICH I PRESUME WERE NAILED USING A MECHANICAL GUN WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT. I SUSPECT THAT OVER TIME THESE NAILS HAVE BECOME LOOSE CAUSING BAD CREAKING. I SUSPECT THAT THE WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WOULD BE TO USE SCEWS TO REBIND TO THE JOISTS BUT I NEED TO AVOID DAMAGING ANY PIPEWORK GIVEN THAT THE WORST AREA IS IN THE BATHROOM. THE HOUSE WAS BUILT BY SCRUTONS IN 1994
