Job description:Rehang and repair 2 internal doors.Fill any spaces in frames and door, sand smooth ready for painting. Replace one strip of rotten timber in outside rear doorframe and finish to match existing in black gloss. Make up new external main front door for victorian house as the size of the door needed is larger than is available off the shelf.Frame has been renewed recently so just the door needed to fit.Door to be victorian panelled style with run- off fixed to take rain water over front step.Door and existing frame to be finished in high sheen black paint.New door furniture provided by client to be fitted. Timescale as far as start date is concerned is negotiable although work must be finished by mid March 2007. We will pay for work on a price per job basis rather than hourly rate and although an accurate quote is sufficient to allow us to choose a carpenter a full,datailed and accurate shedule of works with a fixed price for those items detailed will be required before work is agreed.
