Our current front door does not fit the frame well - also the bottom of the door is rotting. in Clapham Common

Job description:This is the main front door to five flats so needs to be secure. We have an intercom system attached to the door. The door does not fit the frame - you can see daylight at the top and the lock is loose. Also the bottom of the door is showing signs of rot. Its a big heavy door so don't think this is a standard DIY replacement.
