Sort out ventalation problem in loft. in Alwoodley

Job description:Our loft gets wet inside in the winter months. It doesn't seem to be from a leak in the roof, I think it's due to poor ventilation, as you can see condensation on the inside of the roof. Therefore I'd like somebody to look and confirm that this is the problem, and if so, make modifications to allow extra ventilation. Also there is a shower steam extractor that was fitted a few years ago by some electricans that just vents up into the loft. This therefore needs directing out through a vent in the sofits.
