Job description:Probably needs a builder / joiner in one, as I would like one quote from one person for all of the following : Removal and replacement of laminate flooring and underlay in lounge (17' x 11'). Removal and replacement of skirting board and coving in lounge. Remove and replace damaged area of plasterboard ceiling (approx 5' x 11') and replaster and skim the whole lounge ceiling. Remove damaged timber frame around niche in wall and replace. Remove and replace chipboard flooring under the stairs cupboard. Remove and replace vinyl flooring in the kitchen. All required after escape of water from upstairs.

Budget:£2,000 - £4,000
