Panel and ladder to loft broken. in Belgrave

Job description:The panel and ladders leading into the loft have broke. Needs fixing. From the looks of it, only the panel needs replacing, but the ladders will have to be attached to the panel. The aprox dimension of the panel is 2ftx3.5ft. The panel has come away from the fittings, but the fittings are still in tact. I would like a detailed quotation.
