Job description:Converting a house into two flats. For sound and fire proofing, entire ground floor ceiling is going to be suspended. New 150mm x 50mm joists will be fixed to walls approx 300mm below existing lath and plaster ceiling. from these joists, a Casoline MF ceiling system will be hung from GAH2 accoustic hangers. 100mm of rockwool will be placed in the gap. 2 layers of 15mm gyproc soundbloc will be fixed to MF ceiling frame. Approx area of ground floor ceiling 100m2. Exisitng staircase to be removed, new staircase put in. Floor to be made good at old and new staircase. 2 new internal partition walls have to be built. I new outside door added. 1 existing window removed. I new window created.
